Stellar Converter for OST provides an option to preview the PST files after they have been converted from the respective OST file. With this feature, the users can verify the data from the preview and select specific items that have to be converted. The preview window displays the Mailbox data in a three-pane structure- Left, Middle, and Right.
- Left Pane: This pane displays the navigation tree with the mailboxes, folders, and sub folders in the hierarchical order of the original mailbox. User can select the desired item from this pane.
- Middle Pane: This pane provides a list of mailbox item in a tabular format of the selected mailbox/folder/sub-folder. This pane has the following columns: Deleted icon, Importance icon, Type, Attachments, From, To, Subject, and Date
- Right Pane: The right pane provides a preview of the mail item that you select from the middle pane.
The preview window provides the user with two additional options as mentioned below:
- Quick Search: In the middle pane, users can search for a specific mailbox item. At the top of the middle pane, there is a search bar to filter the search result. The following columns support the quick search option:
- From
- To
- Subject
- Date.
- Sort Columns: Users can sort emails and other mailbox items for easy navigation. To sort a particular column:
- Click on the column heading to sort the column in ascending order.
- Click on the same heading again to change the sorting order from ascending to descending and vice versa.
Alternatively, right-click on the column and arrange it accordingly, using ‘Arrange By’ option. It can be arranged by Date, From, To, Subject, Type, Attachment, Deleted, Importance or Show in Groups option.
